Description :

This Coiled Tubing Unit is attached to a 2007 Peterbuilt tri-drive tractor. The unit 
features an 18 speed Eaton transmission with locking differentials. The Cummins 
delivers over 500 Horse Power  horsepower at a surprisingly low rpm. The cab is air 
conditioned and equipped with 36” sleeper and is set up to go to work right now. The 
trailer mounted coiled tubing unit itself is equipped with an 80K injector, 10K side 
door stripper, and comes equipped with tool boxes and a rack for the lubricators.

The injector is capable of 1-3 inch tubing (some chain adjustment necessary) with a 
normal operating pressure of 3000 psi. The continuous pull capacity of the injector 
is 80,000 pounds with a snubbing capacity of 40,000 pounds.

The support unit is a 2006 Peterbuilt tandem axle tractor with a Cummins ICS315 engine 
backed up by an 18 speed Eaton transmission. This unit has a knuckle picker mounted on 
the deck and a removable BOP accumulator with an N2 back up system.

The picker unit is a 2005 Kenworth, packing a 475hp Cat C15 engine. The boom is a 
national crane 1800 series 40 ton 5 section boom. The crane is equipped with a cab for 
operator comfort and safety. This unit is also equipped with a 5th wheel plate adding 
the ability to pull a trailer if required.
